We
have just begun the project and already we have commitments to
march from District Attorney Matt Powell, Sheriff David Gutierrez,
Honorable Judge Tom Head and County Commissioner, Precinct 2
Mark Heinrich. We will keep you posted on future commitments
from local celebrities.
We want to invite everyone to participate in the Walk a Mile
in Her Shoes men’s
march and the gala event. It will be a fun filled day and a unique way to lend
a voice to speak out against sexual assault and support the Lubbock Rape Crisis
Center.
